Kalamazoo County Commissioners are considering a resolution to SHUT DOWN Enbridge Line 5 under the Straits of Mackinac.

Commissioner Mike Quinn was to present a resolution at the April 4th Board Meeting. It was tabled. We need a strong show of support when the resolution is presented on April 18th.

If anybody should know what is at stake it must be the residents of Kalamazoo and Calhoun Counties who lived through Enbridge's million gallon oil spill in 2010! It was the second largest inland oil spill in the history of the United States. It was a disaster and a nightmare!

Citizens need to attend the April 18 Board Meetings to voice support for the resolution.

Here's the meeting agenda
