Please come to downtown Manistee for a peaceful demonstration to protest the Enbridge Line 5 crossing through the Straits of Mackinac.
Speakers will present personal stories of illnesses due to oil spills and fracking.
The march will start in the Municipal Parking Lot at the corner of Washington St. and 5th Ave. Then from the corner of US31, S across Cypress St. Bridge to River St, W to Maple St., South to the steps of the Manistee City Hall.
Organizers encourage you to make signs declaring your voice as a water protector!
