You are invited to join the Oil & Water Don't Mix campaign and Food & Water Watch as we deliver almost 70 local resolutions to Michigan Attorney General Bill Schuette that have been passed by local governments along with hundreds of postcards, calling for Line 5 to be shut down.

The delivery of the resolutions and postcards is taking place as part of a citizen lobby day being organized by the Oil & Water Don't Mix campaign and Clean Water Action that is expected to draw more than 100 residents to the state Capitol.

Come for a quick demonstration to show the citizen support for shutting down Line 5. The media will be present - bring banners and signs calling for the shutdown of Line 5 in the Straits of Mackinac.

We'll meet at the Central United Methodist church and march a few blocks to AG Schuette's office. RAIN EXPECTED - proper gear advised.

Please let us know if you can make it with your RSVP below.
