Join the National Wildlife Federation for a virtual town hall discussion debunking many of the myths surrounding the Line 5 pipeline. We are very excited to hear from GLBN Managing Director Beth Wallace and founding GLBN member Chris Shepler, President of Shepler’s Ferry, who will share their expertise and experiences working to protect the Great Lakes and the businesses that rely on them from the threat of this oil pipeline.

Enbridge Energy’s aging and deteriorating Line 5 pipeline poses a direct threat to our Great Lakes, economy and “Pure Michigan” way of life. Enbridge would like to convince us otherwise.

Chris Shepler, Great Lakes Business Network founding member and president of Shepler’s Ferry, will join leaders from the National Wildlife Federation to discuss the truth about Enbridge Energy and how they cannot be trusted to protect our Great Lakes.

A special thank you to GLBN member Bob Sutherland of Cherry Republic for sponsoring this event.
