Enbridge is proposing to build a tunnel through the Straits of Mackinac to move oil and natural gas liquids. Gary Street M.S., P.E., retired Dow Chemical Facilities Engineer will present the hazards of this plan in an informational webinar. Everyone that is working to prevent this tunnel from being authorized should attend.
