This is the report Enbridge tried to keep hidden from regulators on the proposed tunnel project. Despite the redactions, the report should concern everyone who cares about the Great Lakes – from “weak to very weak” rock quality, pressures exceeding 250 pounds per square inch, and an uncontrolled source of explosive methane gas, among other things.
