Tell MPSC To Reject the Enbridge Tunnel Permit

We are approaching a turning point in the Michigan Public Service Commission’s contested case over the Line 5 tunnel. It is going to take sustained action and public input for us to win here.

If you wish to comment but can't get to Lansing, please RSVP here to give your comment virtually. It's important to have as many people in-person as possible.

For the last year, MPSC commissioners have been hearing testimony, cross-examinations, and briefs arguing for and against its approval of the Line 5 tunnel. This case will be fully briefed by mid-March, so the commissioners could rule any time after that.

Our last opportunity to impact the MPSC decision will be through strong and sustained public comment opposing the tunnel. This meeting is the first and most important time to attend and give public comment.

Please RSVP below to express your interest in attending the meeting and giving a comment. We'll be holding a prep session on Monday, March 17 at 7:00 PM EST to help you refine your comment. When you RSVP below, you'll receive the zoom link to join us on Monday, March 17.
