This month, the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE) is accepting public comments on permits for the Line 5 tunnel project. This disastrous project would further jeopardize our water, public health, and communities. EGLE is accepting comments till August 29th, and we must demonstrate our opposition to the project by submitting thousands of comments opposing the tunnel scheme.
On our Day of Action, you'll have a chance to submit your comments to EGLE, share information with other supporters, and ask questions. This will be the last commenting period for the public to voice opposition to the tunnel, so please make your voice heard and spread the word!
