Demonstration in Lansing (before COVID)
Join us in person in Mackinaw City on May 13th to evict Enbridge on behalf of the People of Michigan.
Five months ago, Gov. Whitmer gave Enbridge a deadline to shut down its pipeline. On Thursday, May 13th this foreign oil company will officially be violating Michigan law by continuing to operate the ticking time bomb that they call Line 5.
Please plan to join us from roughly 10 AM to 1 PM, more details on the exact location and plans will be shared in an email after you RSVP below. This will be a peaceful and lawful demonstration.
We will enforce COVID-safe practices with social distancing and masks required. The address listed here is the meeting spot and parking area. This location will require a walk (about 1 mile each way).
We will also be hosting an Enbridge eviction in Lansing at the same time as this event. Please be sure to RSVP to the correct city where you plan to attend.
