The rush job by Gov. Snyder, Legislators and Enbridge comes to a head at this first meeting of the Mackinac Straits Corridor Authority (MSCA), created solely to anoint a new oil tunnel to serve Enbridge's interests, while failing to shut down Line 5 on the floor to the Straits of Mackinac.

If you can attend and urge them to block the agreement please do.

Public comment will be taken by the brand new Authority board on the proposed, 3rd backroom deal between Snyder and Enbridge just publicly released 12/13/18. According to a DNR press release:

"A meeting agenda will be posted soon on the mipetroleumpipelines.com website. The meeting will include an opportunity for public comment. Additional public comment currently is being accepted by phone or email regarding draft documents related to the proposed tunnel. Those documents also can be found at mipetroleumpipelines.com.

"Comments can be left by phone at 833-367-6713 or by email to [email protected]."
