April 23, 2018, marks the 65th anniversary of Enbridge’s easement that allows them to operate Line 5 in the Straits of Mackinac. It's time for Line 5 to retire because 65 years of this pipeline remaining as a threat to the Great Lakes is long enough.
Join us for this special event - we'll be holding our event in Chicago on Thursday, April 26. We'll watch the video from Traverse City Opera House, and talk with each other about the actions we can all take to shut this pipeline down.
The party will follow an event on Indigenous Frames for Extraction, Mining, and Pipelines.
Enjoy our retirement cake and get busy!
