The Michigan Public Service Commission (MPSC) just released the schedule for Thursday’s meeting, and Line 5 appears on the agenda for the first time in months. This could be the meeting where the decision to approve or deny the aging Line 5 pipeline relocation will be announced.MPSC Commissioners

Will the MPSC allow the pipeline to be moved from the open water of the Great Lakes into an expensive and disastrous tunnel and keep 21% of the world's fresh surface water at risk? Or will they deny the Enbridge permit and thereby allow other legal processes to shut the pipeline down once and for all to continue?

We encourage you to attend this meeting either online or in person. A public comment portion at the end of the meeting is also on the agenda. In the past, they gave people who attended in person the first chance to speak and only allowed those online to speak if time allowed.

Find out what is at stake - watch this short video of passional citizen comments.

Please RSVP now to receive the links by email to watch online or let us know you can attend the meeting in person.
