This regular edition of the Mackinac Straits Corridor Authority (MSCA) meeting will be anything but ordinary.
The recent Michigan Supreme Court ruling that voids the tunnel permit issued by the Michigan Public Service Commission leaves the tunnel plan adrift. Join us at this meeting to call for the shutdown of this pipeline, demand the promised Line 5 pipeline hydrotest as prescribed by the agreements, and apply pressure to begin an orderly shutdown of the pipeline.
